Pros

The location is great! The industry is kind of interesting, and there are some very nice people that work there.

Cons

I think the envrionment can best be described as toxic. The very high turnover creates a constant feeling of instability. The leadership, and in particular the owner, have very little trust for others in the organization. As an example, salaried employees are expected to fill out timecards every week. People are basically treated like slaves, and the ethics of the most senior leaders are seriously lacking.
