Embarrassed to have worked here

Pros

Low workload for managers and up (not true for ic’s)

Cons

Comically bad leadership— never in all my career, have I spent 50+% of my work time talking about feelings and people dynamics as opposed to actual business outcomes and goals— and this is the result of a combination of leaders who are either a. Very low IQ or 2. Decent in business acumen but have the EQ of a cardboard box. I look back on my time here as some bizarre bad dream now that I’m back in a functional workplace- and while I say it’s comically bad, it’s not so comical when this type of dysfunction actually damages the mental well being employees who think this is “normal.”

Pros

Working remote and having flexibility to work between the hours of 7am to 7pm. Fun retreats in different locations (paid). Nice co-workers.

Cons

Way too many members per coach to really be able to support members at a deeper level. We have maybe 90 seconds to spend on each message, and often that required reviewing medical history, symptoms, dietary food log, medications, etc. Being exhausted at the end of the day is real after having communicated with 100+ members. There is not much room for growth within the company for coaches.

Terrible and toxic

Pros

Unlimited PTO Good mission Fun annual retreats in Palm Springs, Breckenridge and other places Some solid and nice coworkers

Cons

Toxic, robotic and cold managers who only care about random metrics while setting unrealistic expectations and paying lower market salaries. Feels like a cult of keto lovers and leaders who want to align with the Trump/MAHA movement. The goals change drastically every quarter, and year to year and everyone is constantly pivoting while spinning their wheels. Good people get let go while bad managers who are in the clique get promoted. Unlike other companies, there are not very many perks. No meal expense, even during lunch and learns and no travel software to use for booking flights and hotels so you have to pay for everything in advance and wait to get reimbursed.
