Virta is extremely disorganized. This is true of their systems, their tools, the layout of their organization, and their processes. The feeling of "drinking from the firehose" sticks with you for such a long period of time because the foundation isn't solid and things are constantly changing with the promise of something more or better, but the delivery of less. In my role, I was able to witness and hear testimony of how difficult this job is for new Health Coaches as well. The attrition rate for the entire company is alarmingly high as well. There were consistent terminations of new hires as well as tenured individuals. This company does not have any sense of loyalty to its employees no matter how well they do or how much you are doing or have done for them. Accepting a position here should be a last resort and it would be wise to continue looking for employment elsewhere.

Total change in systems, analytics, work hours and more the last few months. Employees suddenly have to clock in and out (doesn’t make sense for remote) rather than log 9-5. System overfires alerts. Keep saying it’s fixed but it’s not. Managers don’t know what’s going on. Just assume things. Can’t get in touch with HR swiftly.
