Great product that works, - but hard to stick too and very one size fits all. Great people who could really excel with the right leadership.

Cons

A lot of group think in the hands of a few individuals at the top who are not open to others perspectives and insiders can be manipulative....so hard to change if you surround yourself with echo chambers. Could be a real winner if leadership were way more diverse thinkers and listened to the people more vs patting their ivy degrees. Not customer centric, invest much more in retaining and growing customers from minute 1 and make sure their views are prioritized in the product roadmap.
