- Incredible teammates in the product development org. People really care about delivering life changing care to our patients and there is a strong collaborative spirit to work together to solve problems - The treatment we are building is very effective and we can see the impact of the work we do on our patients - New ERGs for racial/ethnic groups are great and offer a supportive and safe space - Good work / life balance (rarely need to work more than 40 hours-except on-call)

Cons

- Small and infrequent raises, very cheap with perks/travel/etc. - Upper management seems to prefer micromanaging rather than entrusting team with clear expectations and giving them the autonomy to execute

Strong mission. The people are FANTASTIC. Interesting problems to solve and a nice mix of established and forward-looking tech.

Cons

Growing pains of the last few months but seems to have subsided. The mission brings out some strong personalities, few folks still think this is a small startup but they’re starting to come around.

management completely out of touch, pushing initiatives that dont seem to matter using shaky data at quarterly meetings. growth stagnating, people unhappy.
