mission great, work life balance not bad, comp alright

Cons

eng leadership has spent millions migrating to a language very few devs know, is more expensive to hire for while the company has consistently been missing its product and revenue goals. when pressed to explain why this worth investing in, generic platitudes around poorly collected and understood metrics are given. all talented devs and managers have left in the past 18mo. quality bar just keeps getting lower. leadership continues to be mia and checked out.

We used to have half day Fridays but now with a full Friday. Lack of transparency Metrics they use for bonuses are always changing They don’t do enough as far as diversity
