Used to really enjoy working here but things have started to go downhill over the past year after a major reorg. -Poor communication and lack of clear direction from leadership and management -Focus too much on putting out fires instead of addressing underlying issues -Product team lacks someone in a leadership role to set strategic direction and is instead led by an unnecessary layer of ineffective middle management. -Significant gaps in communication and business prioritization across teams. -Burnout is widespread and some managers have no problem finger pointing and throwing others under the bus -There has been a recent string of layoffs that have been kept quiet leading to poor morale. The culture has become toxic at this point which is unfortunate because the company mission is a great one.

Ineffective and unethical leadership. Managers will throw you under the bus to save themselves. Questionable ethics when it comes to running a healthcare company. Lots of koolaid drinkers and an overly positive culture that buries their head in the sand when facing anything unpleasant.
