      Lack of focus, too much burnout, low pay

      Pros

      Great mission helping those with diabetes.

      Cons

      Lots of burnout across many of the teammates that I interact with. Inexperienced managers continue to pile more work onto us without taking anything away or creating focus. Many of us are forced to multitask with competing priorities from functional and working teams, leading to poor quality work and high burnout. Feedback provided does not lead to meaningful change.

      Cons

      Patients are often difficult to work with. Whether it’s communication issues, missed appointments, or just a lack of a want to become healthier, this was the main reason I decided this job was not a good fit for me.
