Pros

Virta is a place a feel very supported and encouraged in my own professional goals. Leadership lives up to company values and mission, even when the going gets tough. The team has fun together and is transparent about the why behind decisions that are made. Health insurance and PTO benefits are excellent. Really happy to be working here!

Cons

Compensation increases are quite modest and infrequent, which can be discouraging given the rate of growth and increasing workload.

Pros

The mission of Virta is great, and the people are too. Overall it was a a great experience. The benefits are great. Unlimited PTO, great parental leave, and great health care coverage.

Cons

The pay leaves something to be desired. For highly trained healthcare professionals (RDs, RNs, LPCs, etc) the health coaching pay is too low.
