The only Cons are the ones created when the employee becomes dissatisfied with their own role and wants to leave. That's what you read when Virta gets a poor review. Simply a disgruntled employee taking pot shots at the company and leadership.

Cons

Constant Org & Manager changes. No clear structure for promotions in some teams. Less career opportunities. Biased decision making by authoritative people.
