I've been at Virta for less than a year. Thus far, I've found everyone to be kind and collaborative. I really enjoy working with teams acroos the company every day. People are committed to the mission and work yet are flexible to different schedules and work life balance. Some teams went through some growing pains before I arrive (pretty typical as a fast growing start-up), but I am confident that the team in place is doing the right things to grow the business in the right ways going forward.

Cons

While I love working remote, I'd love more opportunities to see folks in-person in the office. Looking forward to the all-company offsite coming up.

Change in flexibility, it went from off at 12pm on Fridays to working a full day. Very heavy workload
