* Mission-driven and people live by that no matter their role * Strong focus on values * Cares about its people, regularly introduces new benefits and adapts the organization based on employee feedback * Leaders are honest and transparent * Surrounded by a talented team who help me grow personally and professionally

* Good remote culture, but if you're remote will probably see teammates ~2 times per year, would rather it be more like ~4
