      Pros

      I joined Virta at the start of the COVID pandemic, when the company was undergoing a lot of structural changes. Leadership was extremely supportive and communicative, and a sense of community was strong throughout. Virta’s culture celebrates and recognizes individuals’ accomplishments, and leadership makes an effort to keep us in touch with the impact of the work we do everyday Virta has a mature leveling structure, but the culture is flat and collaborative across functions. Overall, a great place to grow professionally and make an impact!

      - The work at Virta has such a direct and impactful meaning to the evolution of healthcare and on the patients we treat. Our patients truly are at the forefront of everything that we do and to see their gratitude come through is more than you can ask for in any job. - Thoughtfully curated benefits including generous Parental Leave and parental support resources i.e. Cleo - Company-wide commitment to DEI initiatives - Exciting expansions opportunities on the roadmap
