      Pros

      Virta is very mission driven. Employees are kind and really, really care about their work, and many of them have a personal connection to the work.

      Cons

      Virta is figuring out how to scale as a business. They are making a lot of improvements to the app and the product, but there is still ways to go. This creates some confusion.

      Their mission to help reverse type 2 diabetes is admirable!

      Cons

      Wish they had more solid systems. After being around for 10 years I would expect some more processes & infrastructure in place.
