Pros
Remote work first, decent benefits
Cons
There is not enough space to write the list of cons. Micromanaged, harassed, belittled, treated and spoken to like a child. There are no processes in place, no policies, no training, no instructions, no help or guidance. I have worked in companies before that want you to jump in day one and learn by doing, but this is not it. This is sit down and work, don't ask questions and if you do you better get it the first time and never ask again or you will be made to look like an idiot and treated like one. The "processes" change all the time in effort to improve but they make no sense and management doesn't always relay the information. There is no communication between teams. The people I work with daily are beyond egotistical and passive aggressive. Just run far, far away.
