The pay is good. The people are pretty friendly.

Cons

I was part of an acquisition that the company wasn't sure they wanted. They were interested in letting people go, and were happy to take advantage of people to see if they'd leave. They say they are a flat organization, but that's hard to pull off with 500+ people
