Good autonomy if you like that kind of env Given responsibility from the start Great colleagues Good WFH changes

Cons

Long hours from 7 to 7. Getting better slowly, and good changes recently Comp is lower than competitors, and even FANG companies with 35 hour work weeks No indication of performance until year end So many experienced colleagues left due to bad comp. It's sad.
