      flexibility, friendly admin, value their employees, transparency, meet the needs of NH students

      Cons

      the only thing I can think of is that you don't design your own lessons which for some is a pro and others a con. It depends what you're looking for.

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great company, a lot of communication and helping others

      Cons

      A few students try and take the easy way out by cheating and looking up answers. The curriculum is set up in a way that makes this very easy. It is defeating to work with students who cheat, however, most students are honest and great to work with.
