Pros

Pay is god. Benefits are on par with other companies

Cons

Onboarding process is terrible. No support for new employees. It’s basically shove you into the deep end and expect you to swim. HIGH turnover rate!!!!

Different rules for different workforce demographics Not diverse High turnover Constantly changing benefits and policies (not for the good of the employees) Very political (pro-Trump); they refer to the President as "Brandon" in company meetings Not welcoming to new employees; very cliquish within departments Only focus is on employee mistakes or perceived shortcomings; no encouragement or praise; no motivating of employees
