In my 5 years with Virtual OfficeWare it was the best place to work! *Ability to grow/expand within role *Opportunities for exposure into different areas and to get involved *Wondeful people to work with and for *Very knowledgeable and professional staff *Has competitive benefits

Pros

This is a well established company with a nice revenue stream that has a start-up mentality. Overall the entire company is friendly with a number of events to help promote teamwork. The company is willing to spend the money to ensure that the development team has the necessary equipment / resources to excel. A change in management has caused some concern in the company, but now that things have settled, the outlook is very bright.

Cons

Currently the company is coupled tightly with another company. So the success of Virtual OfficeWare does depend on the continued growth of the underlying Medical Record System.
