Pros

Casual atmosphere, good benefits

Cons

Nothing here is as it first appears or as presented. Underneath the surface is chaos and cliques.

Pros

I think as most of have said: - Great people - Good location - Can be satisfying work - Employee events and parties are fun - Ability to learn alot

Cons

Again I think this echoes throughout the other reviews as well, hopefully it is taken note of eventually: - High turnover rate - Very noncompetitive pay - Can be overworked rather regularly (Can almost feel forced at times) - Bare bones staff for multiple departments to support a rather large client base. - Management seems to have very poor communication between departments. - You will often be tasked from multiple parts of management with multiple urgent issues that all need to be completed "ASAP". This puts a huge load of stress on the individual and further hits home from above that communication is very bleak between management.

Poor training- no work life balance

Pros

I really liked a few of the co workers. Ability to work from home

Cons

As others said- I spent more time watching training videos for the software we use than I received on the actual job I did. Training was a lot of "do this, click this" with no reasoning. Told to go by the outdated procedures, then was treated very cynically when I asked For help. Never enough work Given to me to keep Me busy for a full Day but was reprimanded if I left My desk. If you ask questions the department makes you feel stupid or just ignores the question
