      Pros

      Management is well put together. Many facets to the up division, but also not at the same time. The managers want you to succeed, check in to make sure you're doing well.

      Cons

      Benefits, 401K are less than desirable.

      Pros

      Interesting work, always new challenges. Great team members to collaborate with. Ability to see and integrate interesting cloud technology and connect with radiologists. Valuable experience in supporting clients, on site staff, and radiologists.

      Cons

      Upper management constantly threatening to cut departments. Mixed messages about doing the job. Poor benefits package. Possible illegal business practices occurring (lack of breaks, removing ability to be compensated for PTO when employee leave service, little to no safety protocols in place, major disconnect with night staff).
