      Good pay and good people to work with and interesting work,

      Cons

      Was a great company to work for, for many years, until more recently. Not unlike many companies having gone through a series systemic changes the work culture declined in exchange for more rigid controls, increasing pressure to perform and less concern for the employees satisfaction.

      Pay is great. Offices are beautiful. Free bagels on Wednesdays. Co-workers are top talent.

      Cons

      Non-stop culture. Abysmal work-life balance. Poor executive communication. Insane understaffing. Promotions are almost never approved.

      Work from home Flexibility although it supports management’s expectations that you’ll be available 24/7

      Cons

      -Poor communication, especially during bad quarters when Sr management hides from employees all together. -There are limited opportunities to advance your career and the performance evaluation process is non transparent and appears to be designed to keep raises/ bonuses down. -Toxic culture where you’ll hear “that’s not my job” a lot when trying to work through problems collaboratively with other groups. -Poor revenues led to recent staff reductions and the result is that everyone is overworked and underwater.
