      Good for short-term career growth for honest people and long-term for IT-politicians.

      Pros

      Good for short term career growth. IT Politicians are welcome (same in most other Indian/SL companies too).

      Cons

      Offshore teams are mostly of fresh members with less experience. Onsite teams don't get sufficient visibility and support from rest of the location teams. Too much of hype and politics in promotions. Difficult to specialize in any single domain due to varying projects & different domains.

      Pros

      Good Company to be for 2-3 years, fairly professonally managed

      Cons

      There is a Preconception within the organization that it is biased towards SL emloyees ---Regionalism towards SL, No real good Senior Leadership in Chennai who understands the emoloyees by sheer performance, client satisfaction, etc

      Pros

      Good technology company with friendly work atmosphere. Some good projects in web development and especially in java and j2ee. The training was fairly good and intensive. Besides, it was located in my home town , hyderabad.

      Cons

      No research projects. The projects are good to learn for the first couple of years, but you dont' learn much after that. They are boring. The proejcts are only in web development and most of them are not pure development projects.
