Great innovation company; awesome worldwide projects; lot of side career moves depending in which sub-org you work in; Great mix of software/hardware challenges;

Lacks structure; culture promotes project sometimes unreal deadlines which leads to a not so healthy work/life balance; 20+ yo company that was struggling to switch to a product centric from a pure project play; Culture is quite toxic as a lot of people are still from the early days and fight agressively to keep the social status within the company

To work with a very unique market.

Cons

Very disorganized, without process. But the worst part are the heads of the company, that shows in every meeting that they don't care for the well being of the employees, only with their money.
