Pros

There was a great team of people and when I originally started, the leadership seemed to genuinely care about their people. They had a lot of business mostly on the VMS side due to the minority status of the company

Cons

Took on business that many times was unrealistic and not fillable. Recently, the leadership seemed more interested in their own interests rather than the interests of the people who were making them the money. It was sad to see this change

Pros

Wasn't micromanaged. Like the 401k match but the vesting schedule was horrible. I was always paid on time. Working from home was nice.

Cons

Where to start? Executive Management have no clue what they are doing or what is going on around them. They do not reward the good employees and let the non performers or the complainers walk all over them. The benefits are terrible. I have never seen so much turnover, and that is taking into account that staffing industries are typically higher than most. They are extremely cheap. I have a hard time believing the positive reviews on Glassdoor unless management forced employees to write them or the reviews are from contractors who have no idea what is really going on.

Incompetent Ownership - Poor Management

Pros

A good place to learn how NOT to run a business.

Cons

The CEO is NEVER in the office - he is constantly out "networking" and doing "New Business Development" and as a result he is painfully disconnected from the day-to-day operations of the company. Rather providing leadership- he disappears. The President and CEO of VisionPro spends more time in the office, but spends that time interfering with and micro-managing everyone else's work. She does not seem to possess even the most basic management instincts. Together they amplify each other’s weaknesses. There are some competent middle managers, but because the senior leadership is so unsteady it is virtually impossible to be effective. Priorities (sales and operational) shift from day-to-day and make this a very difficult and nearly impossible place to work.
