We are very focused on training and have specific initiatives for VisionPRO on continuing to strengthen the development of our recruiting operations. We also have dedicated leadership in VisionPRO who are on top of the day to day operations and metrics around all activities. The executive leadership team reviews these metrics and has strategic meetings on VisionPRO on a regular basis. VisionPRO has reached many major heights and is one of the largest IT staffing firms in the U.S. We have much more to achieve and will get there with continuing to add and develop great team members.
