CEO and President have no clue what they are doing

Pros

If you like working in a place that brings misery and anxiety then it's great.

Cons

HIGH leadership turnover. If the managers are constantly leaving it should be the first red flag. They seem to hire and then either "let the person go" unethically because they have another "friend" who wants a certain position, or simply if you disagree with ANYTHING.. they won't have it. They don't document a lot of policies, termination reasons, revenue, basically anything that a very basic business HAS to do which is a joke because the president has an HR background. The CEO and President are emotional not logical. They are very sensitive.

Pros

We had a $500 month budget to spend on a team for parties. One ay we found out we were broke and everybody lost their jobs. Owners travel all over golfing trips, and spending money like I had. With families lost their jobs.

Pros

The company that contracted with VisionIT recommended me for the position. So VisionIT was pretty hands off on my day to day support for said company. I enjoyed the freedom.

Cons

When the contract ended, VisionIT did little to nothing to find me another position.
