Left some things to be desired

Pros

The people who I worked closely with were awesome. These people are smart, and want to succeed at their job. My team was very good at communication, and I wanted to work harder to help my team achieve their goals.

Cons

I never knew what my top priority was. I was hired in for one thing, and ended up doing tons of other things that washed out my main purpose for being there. I know jobs change, and being able to adapt is key, but this was on a whole other level. Management sees the starting line, and the finish line, but sees nothing in between. This does not make the team feel valued, nor does it condone a conductive work environment.

Pros

I am too upset with this company to post anything positive.

Cons

I was not paid my earned and accrued vacation because of a policy in the handbook. I lost 52 hours that I was expecting upon leaving. I did my best for these crooks and they intentionally burned this bridge.

Pros

I got more experience in the Pharma industry by working the Pfizer account

Cons

Unrealistic expectations to work a full desk of Vendor Management and Contract creation / approval, yet also do Business Development. Yes, you are reading that right - I was expected to walk around the building, and SELL our services to Management. I then got in trouble for not being at my desk. So ... back to my desk. I then got in trouble for not Selling. This went on and on and on until I quit. I wont even get into supervisors having affairs ... I was also scolded for leaving at 4:58 PM because my workday "was from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM." Pay was awful for the amount of work that was expected. When I was interviewing for another job, I was legit told that I was "about $20,000 underpaid" for what I was doing.
