Pros

A great company and culture backed up by an involved, caring CEO who invests in innovation, his employees, and the community. He has reorganized the company to be brand specific and has hired an "A" team of executives to run and lead those brands. I truly believe this company is going to do nothing but grow and prosper.

Exciting technologies, company is always striving to stay ahead of the pack. Management makes sure employees are given the opportunity to grow both professionally and technically. Work life balance is good too.

Pros

Really great group of people, smart and experienced and hard working. Lot of talent in the company from leadership to mid management and more people they are continuing to add that want to be in a winning organization. Really well organized company, amazing to work in a business that moves so quickly.

Cons

Need more strategic HR organization who can implement more training for junior team members. We can't hire all senior people so want to see more development and programs that enhance skill sets.
