Pros

The job itself is fun and I get along well with my coworkers inside and outside of work. Supportive company when times are tough on a personal level. Ability to work from home if necessary/if it’s in your contract. Work/life balance is encouraged and very good. Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with, period.

Cons

The pay could be higher. Your employees are the backbone of the company, make sure they’re given what they deserve.

Unlimited growth potential. Hours are flexible and you’re given everything you need to succeed. It’s a great company to establish a career at.

Cons

I can’t think of any at the moment. The last 2 years have been some of the best for me career-wise.
