      Pros

      I’ve been working at Visionary Integration for more than two years now. The management team here cares — I mean, really cares — about employees. Everyone is cooperative and team-oriented. Our salaries are competitive for the industry and always on-time. There’s plenty of room to grow your skills within the company. The company has multiple growth opportunities and many positions with multiple client locations.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any. The company is always good about encouraging employee growth.

      Pros

      The main thing I love about working here is that VIP actually offers high quality products and services to our customers. Senior management don’t just want us to get the job done, they genuinely want us to put in the effort to do our jobs well and make sure our clients are going to benefit from it. I’ve got to be honest, this is surprisingly rare when you’re working in this field (and anyone who has any previous experience working as a developer in today’s day and age can attest to this). Most companies care very little about how good their products are, and only want them to be the bare minimum usable so that customers don’t complain. I love devoting my work hours to producing quality content and not just whatever works.

      Cons

      Obviously it’s a very demanding environment. Managers have high expectations and not everyone has what it takes to meet them.

      I met some of the most intelligent people I’d ever worked with at VIP. I miss working with them.

      Nothing serious, it just wasn’t what I wanted anymore.
