VIP is a great company to work for. Very inclusive and welcoming. There’s a bit of a learning curve, but it’s more than worth the effort. Management is there for support and always addresses issues quickly and respectfully.

Visionary Integration deserves an award for being such an incredible place to work. I have worked for several companies in this industry, but never had the opportunity to interact with management as I have here. They are as keen to help you grow as you are interested in growing. There is a lot of potential paths to find success here and the learning opportunities are incredible. My co-workers are nothing short of technological artists, which explains the in-depth interview process. Each person is hand-picked and screened meticulously before being offered a job. The consulting team, especially, is enormously experienced, hard-working, and gifted. The company, from a culture perspectives, is nothing short of home. I have seen colleagues help each other handle person problems, assist each other with work responsibilities, and go out of their way to share credit for success they’ve achieved. The CEO is in a incredible leader. Her door and mind are always open to new ideas and suggestions. She’s like a walking computer in that he knows practically everything and is a wealth of knowledge for anyone who gets the opportunity to spend time with her. The HR team is very helpful in times of crisis and always supportive. Great benefits, good vacation policy, and a great team to work with… I’m not sure what else to add, but this is just all-around a great place to work!
