      Pros

      Great pay, great learning opportunities, fantastic culture — if you want to code and interact with clients, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      If you don’t fit in with the culture, you might struggle a little. But most people do, given time.

      Pros

      The job itself is fun and I get along well with my coworkers inside and outside of work. Supportive company when times are tough on a personal level. Ability to work from home if necessary/if it’s in your contract. Work/life balance is encouraged and very good. Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with, period.

      Cons

      The pay could be higher. Your employees are the backbone of the company, make sure they’re given what they deserve.

      Salary is competitive to start but there were no annual raises even though I was recognized by the company for exemplary work

      High turnover of employees they do not invest in employees
