      Pros

      I’ve been working at Visionary Integration for more than two years now. The management team here cares — I mean, really cares — about employees. Everyone is cooperative and team-oriented. Our salaries are competitive for the industry and always on-time. There’s plenty of room to grow your skills within the company. The company has multiple growth opportunities and many positions with multiple client locations.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any. The company is always good about encouraging employee growth.

      -Great for self-motivated employees. -Interesting, challenging products. -Management and executive leadership are highly involved. -Excellent salary, and good benefits as well. -You do a lot of individual work so you don’t need to worry about picking up the pace for someone else on the team.

      Things get a bit disorganized at time. It helps to have good time management skills.
