      Pros

      Benefits and structured like a big business but responsive and open like a small business or start up Cool complex projects Very professional with not a lot of politics and BS

      Cons

      If you do not like working virtually (IM, Skype, SharePoint, etc) some of the positions at VIP may not be suited to you.

      Pros

      As an application dev for VIP I have a very supportive manager who cares about her team. I receive updates about the company from the CEO, and have met the Vice President! This company has given me room to grow through teaching me to interview people, allowing me to participate in their WITs scholarship committee, and providing further career related educational opportunities. This is a fulfilling and rewarding job and VIP treats me very well!
