The company strives to maintain a positive relationship with all of their employees. I appreciate the clear communication and pleasant staff. My manager in particular does a great job keeping our team informed and always does her best to ensure we are having the best experience while at work.

Great company to work for! The sky is the limit in terms of career growth potential. You’re in charge of your career. The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business. Professional, hardworking, top notch employees. This is by far the most employee friendly company that I have worked for.

Some positions require you be onsite 100% of the time.

Great place to learn, grow, and challenge yourself

I have been with VIP for over 4 years and I have performed in a variety of roles over this time. Rarely do you come across a company that has such a broad portfolio and range of projects which allows you opportunities to grow and challenge yourself. Even when dedicated on a customer project, VIP allows opportunities and provides incentives for individuals that want to be more involved in the company's success. Regardless of the job function I have performed over the years, it has been very clear to me that VIP puts the customer first and that message flows down from management to front-line staff. From what I have seen, VIP has great relationships with its customers and often has long running contracts or multiple contracts demonstrating the continued ability to deliver. Also, I haven't had any difficulty approaching management for opportunities to grow (regardless of my rank in the company) which is a great plus. Overall, I am very grateful for the opportunities I have at VIP and I strongly recommend joining this company if you are looking to learn new skills that will support you throughout your career.

Cons

With opportunity can come tremendous amounts of work! VIP encourages employees to go above and beyond their 8-5, which can impact work/life balance if not managed correctly by the individual. I can say, however, that while it is encouraged (and rewarded), it is not like company's I have worked for in the past where you are seen negatively if you are not going above and beyond your primary role.
