I am fairly new to the company and have been quite impressed so far. Overall treatment of employees and strategic vision and implementation of this vision are some key ingredients to a solid company, and VIP excels in these areas. The company seems to continue rapid growth which is certainly reassuring. It's a family atmosphere working here and that truly means something these days.
