A good place to work overall. No company is perfect.

Pros

You are allowed to do your job. No micromanagement. Because it's not a huge company, there isn't a lot of Bureaucracy.

Cons

A lot of turnover in the last few years. Company could do a better job of communicating changes. HR could do a better job of engaging current employees. The HR department is somewhat impersonal. Benefits program costs can be a burden on single earner heads of families.

They're doing well currently with new contract wins.

Cons

They care absolutely nothing about their emotes. No loyalty to employees. It's all about the money and what profits or benefit you offer the company.
