VIP has developed into a creative and cutting edge consulting firm with a talented and determined delivery team. That combined with a seasoned sales team has allowed VIP to grow and prosper at a rapid rate over the past 24 months. VIP has a team environment where your teammates are driven to help you become successful.

Cons

In the past there has been a lot of management and directional change, which has slowed development. Those road blocks are now not prevalent at the firm.

VIP has good benefits and employs top-notch employees whose main objective is to effectively collaborate with their clients to deliver the highest quality of services.

Cons

As with most technical jobs, balancing your home life and work (especially if you travel) can be difficult.

Enjoyed working with colleagues who understood the federal marketplace and made a difference in how we could deliver IT to the government.

Cons

Often felt like the company did not have the cohesion across divisions that could have helped deliver transformative results. Was VIP more product focused vs. services focused?
