If you are talented and willing to work hard and enjoy being surrounded by other high performers this is a great company for you.

Cons

Don't believe the overly negative reviews on GlassDoor. They are written by people who were fired for poor performance or even worse problems. No company is perfect but this is a great place to work.

This is a great company to work for with very talented staff and leadership. If you enjoy working for Tier 1 IT Services/Consulting companies such as Accenture, Deloitte, CGI, etc., you should definitely consider VIP as a possible stop on your career path.

Cons

Like any successful fast-growing company working here can be demanding so it is up to you to manage your work/life balance.
