      I can't think of anything positive to say about this company.

      Cons

      Cheap. Benefits are laughable. Company management often has no clue what they're doing, and despite words to the contrary, are VERY dishonest in their dealings.

      a lot of growth opportunities, very involved in their communities

      Cons

      the infrastructure seems to be cracking- not a lot of support people in the officse to support the growing needs. A lot of senior people have left recently. Communication isnt where it should be.
