      Pros

      Very bright and talented people in the line organizations and in the field. Interesting and wide variety of projects and type of work. Consultants that deliver successful projects.

      Cons

      Not clear where the company is going. The culture is not built on success or growth- people looking over their shoulder to see who will be let go next. Benefit program is sub standard. Bonus's not paid.

      Pros

      One of the only decent things about working for this company was the flexibility with time off and when emergencies came up.

      Cons

      Employees are terribly underpaid and the benefits are awful as compared to other companies in similar industries. Communication from all levels of management is severely lacking if you’re lucky to get any at all, performance evaluations, and raises are non-existent, and there is no room for career growth or promotion opportunities. The few entry level employees are alienated from management as "clicks" inter office "drama" and “favoritism” are highly encouraged. Members of management are unprofessional, and many are inexperienced and under qualified for the positions they hold.
