      Pros

      extremely underpaid with almost non-existent benefits- this is just basically a "job". No respect or communication from Management.

      Cons

      Ratio of managers to employees is exaggerated. Management is unprofessional. Horrible system that does not reward people based on performance.

      Pros

      They used to be employee focused but with all the acquisitions, many of them failed, the focus is on the bottom line. People are not even a part of the picture anymore.

      Cons

      Management is distant from staff. Feedback is minimal, and attention only appears to be on the bottom line.
