VIP showed its grit and has thrived during the COVID pandemic. Working at VIP you will find a supportive leadership team and very dedicated staff. VIP offers competitive salaries and good benefits. You will find yourself challenged with the work and hard work is acknowledged.

Cons

While not technically a "con" this is a fast paced, high impact, and results driven environment. The most successful resources are highly organized and are able to thrive in such an environment.

Great company to work at. Entire team, no matter what location, is extremely professional and amazing to work with. Easy onboarding and wonderful communication with HR department.

Cons

Since my team works off-site, at times one could feel a part from our home base. However, the quarterly visits by our business director and HR team rep would always make us feel part of the team.
