Pros

Good experience for your resume.

Cons

Vista is a sweatshop, it is high stress, you will work very hard, which is ok, but you will not be rewarded for your good deeds. The pay and bonuses are mediocre and their expectations are huge. They struggle to retain good talent. They also struggle to deal with their growth as they don't have the infrastructure in place to support their growth.

Pros

Good place to grow if it's a fit. Nice benefits.

Cons

Company is OCD about everything you say and do whether it's professional, personal, or social. Very hierarchical, contributing new ideas is perceived as rocking the boat. Corporate to the point of being robots.

Pros

The executive assistants at Vista are good people and great co-workers and the one positive thing about working there.

Cons

If you enjoy being micro-managed and having to ask permission for anything than this is the place for you! Do not expect management to have your back.
