Absolutely no work life balance! Execs work 80 hours per a week, and expect the same from you and OT is fawned upon. You are supporting 4 + people at a time and always covering for other EA's who are out constantly out. HR/Marybeth & Admin Mgr/Airrion in the Austin office lack real leadership and communications skills. Instead of spending tons of money for executive coaches and public speaking coaches, how about Vista get real HR team that can offer training to all and on ongoing check-ins feedback to all employees. Again EA's do not matter from the founder down. Executives also lack leadership skills and don't know how to treat their admin support kindly to make people actually want to stick around this hectic environment. Cant wait to get out!
