Pros

Lots of perks: cell phone reimbursement, monthly wellness/exercise stipend, unlimited PTO, great benefits, 401k match, HSA match, lots of fun events and social happenings, stocked fridge and pantry, monthly staff lunch. I enjoyed my time at Vista and enjoyed my coworkers and office environment.

Cons

They do not care about admins. All staff was sent home in early March 2020 due to COVID but admin were told they had to continue coming in until eventually being able to WFH. They significantly underpay admin and took away overtime so there are no opportunities to increase your income to match the work you are doing. You are on call 24/7 and serve as personal assistants as well. Vista admin are the backbone of the company but they are treated as if they are at the bottom feeders. Note to executive staff: your admin are underpaid and will hop ship as soon as they find out how much the market is paying great Executive Assistants. Pay your admin. Don't let your executives use them as personal assistants. There are no growth opportunities for admin.

Pros

Benefits are good, amazing over the top holiday party.

Cons

There isn't enough space to list the cons. The culture is highly toxic, walking on eggshells experienced daily. Some of the EA hires were such wonderful people, but there was a toxic few who ruined any chances of working effectively as a team. The HR manager as well as the Office Manager at the time were complete jokes, treated the EA team as children. One even admonished the entire EA team during a meeting if they made too many errors (and any small infraction was called out), she would have to bring out her "mom voice". Seriously? EA's are expected to fawn over "their Execs" and be treated as absolute underlings. Don't walk, run, and keep your dignity! The pay is not commensurate with what they expect out of you.

Pros

If you're an EA, maintain your dignity and seek employment elsewhere.

Cons

Every day was like walking on eggshells. EA staff is given no respect, unless you're one of the few who's willing to consider yourself a minion and revere "Your Executives"... If you're not willing to belittle yourself and bow to the Executive Gods, you'll be pulled aside by HR and taken to task. Ridiculous, shameful culture. Keep your dignity and don't bother to apply. Pay is not commensurate given the workload and the culture.
