Pros

Freedom to take chances and speak your mind. No red-tape. Opportunities in all directions if you're a hard worker with a good attitude. Senior leadership cares from the top down... there's nothing more to it!

Cons

The company is rapidly growing, which is tremendous!!! But in order to succeed, you need to be rapidly growing also so you don't miss the boat on being considered for development opportunities. P.S.- I don't think this is a Con, but I know that others feel performance pressure with rapid growth in mind.

Pros

I don't have any I just put it so it could let me post

Cons

You have to work 10-11 hours a day and then you get a extra day off so you can not put in overtime. They work you like you have nothing to do and the hotel should be your life . Worst part you don't even get extra time .

Pros

1. You learn so much about the Hospitality business working for Vista Host that will benefit you greatly for the future. 2. You meet so many great people that feel your pain because they are going through the same thing.

Cons

1. Be prepared to miss out on so many family events because you work too many hours. 2. There are Managers who refuse to live by company rules that are overlooked. The ones that actually care are the ones that are expected to do more. 4. Less pay than other Management companies for the same position with less hours. 5. There are a few favorites that know less about the industry who will be promoted first. 6. Be prepared not to make bonuses. At one time it was much easier. 7. The company wants you out on the floor with the team more. However as a Manager you have too much paperwork that is required.
