There are none. Only stay for the meantime until you find another job. When you do, run! Antiquated equipment, band-aid fixes, unrealistic expectations to meet payroll, one person expected to do 3 people's job, good ole boys club, etc.....

Cons

Very unprofessional with young minded people with no experience in manager positions. Bare bones operation with staffing and supplies. Only stay for the meantime until you find another job. When you do, run! Antiquated equipment, band-aid fixes, unrealistic expectations to meet payroll, one person expected to do 3 people's job, good ole boys club, etc.....

Mostly a good environment to work in. Lots of different personalities hired, creating an okay work environment.

Cons

Management on property level can lack tact and professionlism. Always room for improvement with communication among the staff and making sure to show proper appreciation.
